Larry Walker hit in the face by water bottle thrown from stands

From the Youtube video description

The dust had barely settled on a brawl between Canada and Mexico in the ninth inning of their World Baseball Classic game when Canada first base coach Larry Walker was hit in the head with a water bottle from the stands.

Shortstop Cale Iorg, a Detroit Tigers prospect playing for Canada, picked up the bottle and threw it back into the crowd.

Police officers reported to the field, and also were needed to separate fans in the stands.

The fight broke out after Canada’s Rene Tosoni was hit by a pitch with Canada leading 9-3. Shortly before Tosoni was hit, Canada had a bunt single and seemingly was trying to add to its margin of victory.
