As a family is driving down a street, somewhere in Russia, a person sees their car coming and tries to lay down in the road so that the family is forced to hit the scammer. The man driving does not hit the scammer. Instead, the driver gets out and hits and kicks the guy, dragging him out of the road.
This is why the majority of vehicles in Russia are equipped with dash cams. Automobile insurance fraud is so widespread that you have to use a dash cam to protect yourself from scammers like this. Although, this is the first scam, that I’ve seen, where the scammer throws their self under the tires. Typically, the scammer will just kind of fall on to the hood of your car and pretend to be hurt.
